The purpose is to create a supportive and accountable community of women committed to detoxing from the Love Lies, and inspiring and encouraging each other to learn and live the Love Truth Principles.
Vitamin D groups is a playful name Debrena came up with to describe The Love Lies book discussion groups. The D stands for Detox, Divine Self Work, and of course, Debrena (wink).
Or you can have it stand for something else – as long as it is positive. Vitamin D groups have a four-fold purpose: support, inspiration, encouragement and accountability, for those who are serious about detoxing from the Love Lies, and learning and living the Love Truths.
The vision is to have Vitamin D groups continue to multiply until they have a presence across the country, and even globally! Participants in Vitamin D groups essentially become positive change agents of the Relationships Revolution! Join us!

Purchase a physical copy of the Love Lies. Read 2 chapters each week. Stay on-schedule, and COMPLETE the exercises. Contribute and share on each call. Be on all 10 calls. Have lively, vibrant discussion together. Have fun!!
Structure & Format
Each member is designated to facilitate the call each of the 10 weeks so that everyone gets the chance to facilitate. The facilitator encourages and promotes discussion, but doesn’t dominate it.
What it is/ What it isn’t
This is an accountability and discussion group, not a peer counseling or peer advice group. Listen, learn, and reflect but avoid “giving advice.” Speak from your own lived relationship experience and insights.
This group goes beyond just reading and discussing the principles of The Love Lies, to beginning to INTEGRATE them into your own beliefs, being, and how you will relate and engage with men in relationships. Be willing to DO THE DIVINE SELF WORK.
